What We Do

• We provide consultancy services in AI strategy, integration, and implementation.

• Before starting, we’ll agree with you on the scope of work and expected outcomes.

• We will always work proactively and collaboratively to achieve the results we’ve agreed upon. While we’ll put our best efforts into every project, final outcomes also depend on factors outside our control (such as your input and external conditions).

What We Ask From You

• Please provide us with timely access to the people, data, and systems we need.

• You remain responsible for business decisions and compliance with regulations.

• We rely on you to share accurate and up-to-date information.

Fees & Payment

• Our fees will be agreed with you before we begin.

• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice, unless we agree otherwise.

• Taxes (such as VAT) will be added where applicable.

Confidentiality

• We’ll treat your information as confidential and expect the same in return.

• This commitment continues even after our work together ends, unless disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual Property

• Our pre-existing tools and materials remain ours.

• Anything we create specifically for you will be assigned or licensed as agreed.

Our Responsibility

• We’ll always use skill, care, and diligence.

• We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or opportunities.

• Our total liability is capped at the fees you’ve paid for the engagement in question.

Ending the Engagement

• Either of us can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

• Immediate termination is possible in case of serious breach.

• You’ll be responsible for fees incurred up to the end date.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless we agree otherwise).

​

In short: We’ll work hard, openly, and in partnership with you to deliver agreed results, while being transparent about what’s within our control.
